Great NHS at 70 Birthday Party in Druridge Bay

I want to wholeheartedly thank everyone who came and supported our NHS at 70 Birthday bash today. It was great to meet new Labour Party members who just moved in to our patch and came along. Our very supportive community came together and made it an event to remember. 

We raised a wonderful £200 towards the Little Miracles part of Northumbria Healthcare that support families with children who have additional needs, we will organise a cheque to be sent to them. Fascinating to see many historical items brought in by members of the community and hear all the wonderful stories, experiences being shared on tables about the NHS and how its touched so many families. Huge thanks to the Hadson House staff for hosting with us, giving up time, coming in early and leaving late to support the event, also all the business locally who gave items for the raffle not to mention the members of the Community who donated so many items. Also the Youth Club who made fantastic posters, bunting and cards to decorate the room. Fab effort.
